Introduction - AutoFORM Product Suite

AutoFORM is a Document Production and Management System.

AutoFORM Lasernet is a software utility which runs as a service task on a Windows Server. It allows an organisation to process spool files and create electronic forms. It is suitable for departmental use or enterprise-wide deployment involving many different sites and applications.

The Electronic Forms can be printed anywhere on the network, identified, indexed and saved in an archive or sent as an E-mail or a fax

Since 1988 AutoFORM has allowed numerous organisations to migrate from pre-printed stationery to laser produced forms and later with archived electronic copies.

When used with the multi-part printing feature, AutoFORM E-mail allows users to re-route individual parts by E-mail or Fax. e.g. an invoice can be printed locally and this can automatically generate a remittance advice or delivery note which is then E-mailed / Faxed to the customer.

Document Management
Archive - Web Browser accessed document storage.
COLD - Archiving copies of original printed spool file documents.
DIP - Document Image Processing (document scanning).
