Product Overview - Document Image Processing AutoFORM Document Image Processing allows you to scan and index paper documents and store them in the Archive. They are then available throughout the organisation via a Web Browser. The AutoFORM scanning software has been designed to automate as much of the document filing process as possible. The system will scan, recognise, index and file in a controlled manner all major types of paper documents both structured and free format including supplier invoices, test certificates, proof of delivery notes, letters, contracts, internal requisitions, manual records, site reports, etc. The system offers numerous ways of validating and verifying the data captured, both automatic and user-prompted. The system can automatically attach pages to the control document for example goods received notes to the proof of delivery. Suitable for single page and batch scanning of mixed or single document types. Batchscan can handle both duplex and colour. Several AutoFORM Scanner workstations can be deployed around your organisation to facilitate regional / departmental document image processing and filing requirements. Documents can be scanned centrally and then processed by different users to verify accuracy before filing. AutoFORM DIP can be used as a standalone process and is suitable for manufacturing, education, local government, hospitals etc. The largest student registration system in Europe uses AutoFORM DIP with web browser access for all its paper documents. |
