AutoFORM LaserNet is a software utility which runs as a service task under on a Windows Server. It allows an organisation to process spool files and create electronic forms. It is suitable for departmental use or enterprise-wide deployment involving many different sites and applications.

Support And Speed
- We regularly support in excess of 50 active printers from a single server with numerous sites over 100 and a theoretical limit of 250
- There is no limit to the number of different computer systems or users that can address a Lasernet server.
- The Lasernet service task can process data at around 600 pages per minute on a standard server.

Programming Tools
The Windows programming tools use a split screen "drag and drop" facility. Colour coding allows users to quickly identify operations that have been performed. This means programmers can return to a definition in months to come and instantly assess how it has been configured. The informative directory structure and numerous shortcuts allow for the creation of very large manageable builds on one server.

All the basic functions can be mastered in one days training.

The form definition tools allow you to define how your spool file data is identified. Based on this identification the print is processed as individual pages or as a job, the overlays are added and the data is mapped, formatted and manipulated.
Working offline with real data you build up a series of form definitions and these are then compiled onto the service task and are ready for action as required.

AutoFORM is supplied with its own design package however it is possible to use templates created from a variety of other DTP packages. Elements which are common to several documents are designed once and used across a series of forms. If you change a telephone number or a logo, a single change in the design software can be implemented across your entire Electronic Forms inventory in a matter of minutes.
