AutoFORM LaserNet Schedule & Sort is a special optional facility of LaserNet Output Manager and provides a range of print-mail collation, sort and scheduling facilities, for all leading ERP and other IT applications.

How it Works
LaserNet captures your spooled output and automatically collates documents produced at different times or by different systems (or both)with a common destination, shipment date or any other element you choose, so that they can be printed, faxed or emailed together. This assists filing and processing while dramatically reducing delivery charges.

There are a number of ways by which LaserNet Schedule & Sort can improve mailroom productivity's and efficiencies.

Arrange for sets of documents to be automatically collated so that they can be delivered together e.g quality certificates with invoices, or all invoices for one customer to be sent in one envelope - or attached to a single email, fax, xml delivery.
Arrange for documents for priority customers to be printed ahead of a print run.
Arrange for low priority documents to be printed in quiet periods - or overnight.
Use the timing facilities to schedule fax deliveries at low cost off-peak tariff rates
Automatically manage the internal email distribution of company KPI reports.
Print ready output can be sorted & compressed ready for 3rd party print mailing houses.
Automatically separates & sorts financial & sales reports so each manager receives just the information they need, either by network printer, fax or e-mail.

Features

Works with all IT applications such as SAP, ORACLE, NAVISION, SSA GLOBAL, PEOPLESOFT and all other ERP, CRM, Finance and Supply Chain solutions. The process requires Windows 2000 (or XP) and either MS SQL 7, MS SQL 2000 or MY SQL.
Sorts documents for print, email, fax and XML delivery.
Administered and controlled within an easy to use web browser environment.
Automatically collates documents produced at different times or by different systems (or both) with a common destination, shipment date or any other element you choose.
Any number of schedules can be arranged for the same print run.
Upto 5 sort categories can be arranged for each mail group.
Timed release: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or held for manual release.
Re-print: Individual document or batch re-print facility, to enable documents to be printed before or after the scheduled time if so required.
Define which pages should be printed in colour, duplex or via specific paper trays. Set OMR and fold marks to enable automated collation and envelope stuffing. This eliminates many time consuming print room operations.
