We provide support for those people who have experienced a negative response from an official organisation. Those organisations may include local authorities, building control, the official receiver, receivers of any kind, fixed charge receivers, the police, trading standards, ombudsman services and the like, where they have received a very poor response and feel that their case has not been adequately or suitably dealt with.
Our role here is to provide a base line service in which we engage the governing and enforcing body on your behalf in order to establish whether they have acted within their remit and whether they have met and fulfilled their obligations to their full ability.
We believe that in most instances government and official organisations are placed there to protect the public, and if you feel that you have not received good service, then in part they are failing in their obligations.
